Terms of service

These terms apply when you use europarksappeal.co.uk, read the guides, or buy a £3.99 appeal letter. By using the site you agree to them.

What this service is

Euro Parks Appeal drafts a Parking Charge Notice appeal letter from the notice details, the account, and the grounds you confirm are true. You submit evidence on the appeal page. The letter unlocks after you buy. You copy it, check it, and send it yourself.

We do not file the appeal with Euro Car Parks, ParkingEye, any other operator, POPLA, the IAS, a council, or a court. We do not act as your solicitor. The site is general information and a drafting tool, not regulated legal advice.

Your account of the stay

You must only confirm grounds that are true. The letter must not contain facts you know to be false. You are responsible for checking every sentence before you send it. If something in the draft is wrong, change it or do not send it.

Price

The appeal letter is £3.99 for one notice. There is no subscription. A payment processor may be added later. Until then, the buy button unlocks the letter on this device.

Guides and chat

The blogs, the chat assistant, and the pages on this site are written in general terms. Deadlines, operator rules, and appeal routes can change. Check the notice in your hand and the official sources linked on each guide.

No responsibility and no guarantee

We do not take responsibility for the way this website, the guides, the chat, or the appeal letter are used. You decide whether to send a letter, what it says, and how you deal with the operator, POPLA, the IAS, a council, a debt collector, or a court. We do not guarantee that a charge will be cancelled, reduced, or left alone. We do not guarantee a 75% outcome on any one notice. Individual results depend on the evidence, the grounds available, and decisions made by other people. Use of this service is at your own risk.
